Since 1996, Dr. Paveloff has provided virtually the entire spectrum of eye care to the Santa Barbara community. He is recognized as a leader in the advancement of refractive surgery procedures and was the first surgeon in Santa Barbara to implant the ReSTOR multifocal lens and the PanOptix Trifocals Lens. Likewise, the staff at Paveloff Vision Center is comprised entirely of certified ophthalmic technicians and certified ophthalmic assistants.

Dr. Paveloff offers the very latest in LASIK technology and has the only center in Santa Barbara with IntraLase. He individualizes the entire LASIK procedure including a custom diagnosis with WaveScan measurements, a precisely tailored corneal flap with IntraLase, and a custom laser treatment with the Visx Star S4 IR laser.

Dr. Paveloff also offers the latest multifocal and accommodative lenses for cataract and astigmatism correcting surgeries. After a comprehensive examination, he will determine whether PanOptix Trifocals Lens, ReSTOR, Crystalens, or Toric is the best option for you.
